Considered by Alternative Press as one of the “up-and-coming bands from Brazil you should listen to,” Urbanites was founded by singer-songwriter Gui Lazzari, whose lyrics delve into internal struggles and existential dilemmas. Sometimes delivering pounding guitar riffs and others releasing heartfelt acoustic songs, the band pulls their influences from the '90s and 2000s alternative rock scenes.
