At Score a Score, we’ve created a dedicated marketplace to connect composers and artists with creative sync/media opportunities. With a diverse catalog of 70,000 songs, a roster of over 400 artists, and a comprehensive suite of services, we’re a one-stop music shop for our clients, which include some of the biggest brands, film studios, and production companies in the world.

We’re looking for a highly competent Creative Coordinator to serve as key support for our Creative Team. 

Successful candidates combine a deep passion for music and strong creative instincts with exceptional attention to detail. They use their musical knowledge to curate winning music pulls and support custom music projects, while ensuring every project is executed with accuracy, organization, and ownership.

What You’ll Do

You’ll support the day-to-day operations of the Creative Team. On an average week, you’ll do some combination of:

• Curating music pulls and delivering high-quality playlists to clients
• Managing the shared inbox Help Desk, ensuring prompt, accurate responses to fulfill client and composer needs
• Log and manage project deals in HubSpot
• Assisting with custom music projects
• Giving composers feedback on newly submitted material
• Tagging incoming catalog submissions
• Reviewing and responding to roster auditions 
• Creating pitch decks using existing templates
• Helping shape future catalog and creative initiatives
• Participating in rotating weekend on-call system one time per cycle

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in an industry-related role
• Able to efficiently manage a high volume of email and shift between priorities as needs change.
• Experience working with Disco, HubSpot, and Google Drive is a plus 
• Excellent communication skills – written, phone, and in-person
• Comfort learning new technology, systems, and processes
• Experience using AI and automation tools to improve efficiency is a plus
• Familiarity with music licensing, production music, royalties, or the music industry is helpful, but not required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• Ability to travel onsite one week a year for our annual team retreat, with possible additional travel as needed
• You live in the US (PST hours preferred)

In addition to culture, the compensation and benefits package for this position includes:

• Base compensation of $24-30/hour based on experience (approximately $49K-$62K annually)
• Monthly phone and internet stipend ($480 annually)
• Eligibility for team performance-based bonuses (up to $4,000 annually)
