The brief
Meta’s Creative X team presented us with a tall order: find a single song to express the spot’s rather unusual hybrid concept of Texas meets Italy… in food form.
The search
We curated a wide range of ideas from our trusted network of labels and publishers, ultimately sourcing a banda cover of the Texas classic “Deep in the Heart of Texas” from a regional Mexican label.
The clearance
We also handled music clearance, working with Peer Music to get the publishing license approved (for this crown jewel of their catalog) in just one week, ahead of Kimi and Kristen Kish’s “Queso e Pepe” pop-up activation.
